Good quality, a bit slow on support
I purchased a Custom Music Box as a gift. The product itself is lovely, very detailed, and the engraving turned out perfect. It took 5 days to reach Denver after shipping, which was reasonable. My only slight issue was that I had a question about the engraving options before ordering and it took almost 48 hours to get a response from customer support. While the answer was helpful, a quicker turnaround would have been appreciated. Otherwise, a solid purchase and the recipient loved it.
